摘要
目的：探究腹腔镜下行卵巢皮质撕开手术剥除卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法本研究回顾性分析在2013年1月～2013年8月经由我院妇科入院的行卵巢皮质撕开手术剥除治疗的卵巢囊肿患者49例，观察患者的手术进展相关情况、出血情况以及术后并发症发生情况。结果卵巢囊肿采用腹腔镜卵巢皮质撕开手术治疗患者的手术时间短、术中术后出血较少、并发症发生率低。结论采用腹腔镜卵巢皮质撕开手术治疗卵巢囊肿非常有效，组织创伤小并且术后恢复快。
Objective Discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion stripping operation on ovarian cyst. Methods This study analysis the data of the patients with ovarian cysts for ovarian cortex divulsion operation in our hospital during 2013 January to 2013 August, to observe the progress of the relevant circumstances, with operation bleeding and postoperative complications. Results By laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion of ovarian cyst , it can shorter operative time, and has less bleeding, the postoperative complication rate is low. Conclusion The laparoscopic ovarian cortex divulsion operation to treat ovarian cyst is very effective.
