摘要
目的:探讨个案追踪法在临床护生带教中的应用效果。方法将2012年12月~2013年8月在我科实习的36名应届护生随机分为观察组和对照组各18人,观察组采用以护生为主体的个案追踪法,对照组以带教老师为主体实施垂直单向的传统教学模式。比较两组护生的护理评估能力、分析判断能力、临床护理能力、专科护理知识、护理操作技能的考核成绩。结果观察组护生的护理评估能力、分析判断能力、临床护理能力、专科护理知识、护理操作技能评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论个案追踪法应用于护生临床带教,可以提高护生的综合能力,有利于提高未来年轻护士的整体素质。
Objective To explore the effect of case tracing in the teaching of nursing students.Methods We divided randomly 36 nursing students into observation group and control group, and each group had 18 sample. The observation group used case tracing, and control group used traditional method. We compared nursing students’ ability of assessment、judge、nursing、knowledge and operation between two groups. Results All kinds of scores of the observation group were obviously higher than the control group.Conclusion Applying the case tracing to nursing students teaching can improve nursing students and young nurses’multiple abilities.
