摘要
目的:探讨实时追踪法在改善老年康复护理管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院接治的79例老年患者,依据康复护理质量管理方法不同将其分为对照组(37例)和观察组(42例),对照组康复护理采用定向监督模式,观察组康复护理采用实时追踪法,从资料收集、目标制定、地图绘制、团队组建、数据采集、评价反馈和路径优化7个方面进行实时追踪。对比两组康复治疗依从度、生活能力自理度,以及由康复医师、护士、消毒供应人员、设备工程师、患者及家属做为被调者对管理效果认可度的差异性。结果:观察组患者对康复治疗中的完全依从、依从、不依从的比例和依从度好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.017,χ^(2)=4.594,χ^(2)=18.442,χ^(2)=18.442;P<0.05);观察组患者出院前1 d、出院后1个月和6个月生活能力自理度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.929,Z=2.976,Z=3.442;P<0.05);被调者对观察组老年康复护理、管理制度、康复设备和诊疗效果的认可度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.570,Z=2.674,Z=3.595,Z=2.936;P<0.05)。结论:实时追踪法能及时发现并处理老年康复护理中存在的问题,改善康复治疗设备的资源配置及运行质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of real-time tracking method in improving the nursing management of geriatric rehabilitation.Methods:79 cases of elderly patients admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(42 cases)according to the different methods of rehabilitation nursing quality management.The control group adopted directional supervision mode and the observation group adopted real-time tracking mode,and conducted real-time tracking from 7 aspects including data collection,goal setting,map drawing,team building,data collection,evaluation feedback and path optimization.The difference of rehabilitation treatment compliance,self-care of living ability and acceptance of management effect between the two groups were compared.Results:The proportion and degree of complete compliance,compliance and non-compliance of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.017,χ^(2)=4.594,χ^(2)=18.442,χ^(2)=18.442;P<0.05);the scores of self-care of living ability in the observation group 1 day before discharge,1 month and 6 months after discharge were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.929,Z=2.976,Z=3.442;P<0.05);the respondent's recognition of geriatric rehabilitation nursing,management system,rehabilitation equipment and diagnosis and treatment effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.570,Z=2.674,Z=3.595,Z=2.936;P<0.05).Conclusion:The real-time tracking method can find and deal with the problems in the rehabilitation nursing of the aged in time,and improve the resource allocation and operation quality of the rehabilitation equipment.
