摘要
本文从职业适应性入手,为研究旅游管理专业学生的素质结构能否很好地适应现实的旅游行业,对目前国内外学者对旅游管理专业的素质结构和职业适应研究进行详细的阐述,旨在让旅游管理专业学生在岗位上适应并胜任工作。
Starting from occupational adaptability, this paper studied whether the quality structure of students majoring in tourism management can well adapt to the real tourism industry,and detailed foreign and domestic scholars＇ research on the quality structure and occupational adaptability of the tourism management major, aiming to help students majoring in tourism management better adapt to their occupations and make them qualified for their occupations.
