摘要
通过用人单位走访、毕业生回访、问卷调查和方案调研等方式,课题组不断探索电气信息类人才培养与企业无缝链接的有效模式。从优化课程体系、深化教学改革、夯实第二课堂及强化校企合作四个方面提出建设性意见,希望为解决电气信息类毕业生"就业难"和企业"用人难"的两难局面提供思路。
Employers through visits, graduates, questionnaire survey and plan research, research group continue to explore an effective mode and the seamless link of enterprise culture of electric information talents. From the optimization of course system , deepening teaching reform , strengthening the second classroom and strengthening school enterprise cooperation put forward constructive suggestions in four aspects , hoping to provide ideas to solve the dilemma of electrical information graduates employment and Difficult to use.
