摘要
提出一种山区道路特殊路段安全性的多层次模糊综合评价模型.首先,构建山区道路特殊路段安全性的多级评价指标,分为环境和经济效益型2类.其次,对山区道路特殊路段安全性方案的成本和效率型指标,计算其隶属度函数,分别进行单层次模糊综合评价,在此基础上给出多层次评判结果.最后,以某山区道路安全管理为例,验证了模型和算法的有效性.
This paper proposed a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to analyze mountainous road safety. First, multi-level indicators of road safety were developed including environmental and economic benefits. Secondly, the membership function was used to calculate all of these cost and efficiency indicators, and a single-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation could be obtained. Then, multi-level evaluation results are given. Finally, an empirical analysis of mountainous road safety was conducted to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
