摘要
通过对山区道路交通事故资料调查分析,研究了道路条件对行车安全影响,在此基础上从四个方面建立了相应的评价指标体系。将变权原理引入模糊综合评价,采用惩罚型变权模式,建立了山区道路安全评价变权综合评价模型。通过实例应用,分别采用常权和变权两种方法计算,结果表明,采用变权模糊综合评价法得到的结果更容易区分评价等级,能够突现出部分指标因素在较差情况下时对道路整体安全水平的影响,评价结果更接近实际。
Effects of highway conditions on traffic safety were accidents in mountainous area. Evaluation index system was variable weight, is introduced into the fuzzy comprehensive researched through the investigation and analysis of the traffic established from four aspects. The variable weight, punitive evaluation to establish the variable weight fuzzy evaluation model of traffic safety in mountainous areas. Two different evaluation methods are compared in practical application. The results indicate that the variable weight fuzzy evaluation method made the evaluation grade more obvious, and emphasizes the influence of index in poor conditions on the results of comprehensive evaluation, which makes evaluation results more close to the reality.
