摘要
随着经济全球化和我国高等教育国际化的深入发展,海外就业已经成为高职毕业生的又一就业新路径。鉴于高职毕业生海外就业的国际性、复杂性和多样性等特点,高职院校应当及时调整毕业生就业指导工作思路,因时制宜地完善毕业生海外就业指导机制,通过进一步完善师资队伍、丰富指导内容和创新指导模式等方式来增强高职毕业生海外就业指导的实效性。
With the development of economic globalization and the internationalization of higher education, overseas employment has been a new path for the graduates of vocational colleges to find jobs. Due to the internationalism, complexity and diversity of overseas employment, the vocational colleges should adjust their ideas on the employment of graduates,improve teachers＇ quallfies,enrich the guiding content and finally innovate the mechanisms for overseas employment guidance to enhance the effectiveness of overseas employment guidance.
