摘要
就业指导师资队伍是就业指导工作开展与运行的实践者。如何找寻制约就业指导师资发展的“保健因素”,发挥就业指导师资发展的“激励因素”,对于提高就业指导师资队伍的工作质量、促进就业指导教师专业发展与专业化水平的提高具有现实意义。本研究从营造良好的人际交往氛围、增强就业指导教师职业发展的成就感、构建就业指导师资职业发展体系、规范就业指导师资培训和实践锻炼、把握“激励因素”和“保健因素”权变特性五个方面,提出了提高高职院校就业指导师资管理效果的策略,保障和促进就业指导师资队伍的科学健康发展。
The employment of vocational colleges students is closely related to the harmony and stability of family,college and society.This article analyzes the health care factors that restrict the employment guiding teachers and the incentive factors that affect the job satisfaction of those teachers guided by the two-factor theory.Suggestions on how to improve the management and development of the employment guiding teachers are also provided in the article.
