石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血、尿液中的铍 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定全血及尿液中铍的方法。方法石墨管经氧氯化锆镀层后,用硝酸镧作基体化学改进剂,全血样品以硝酸和TrittonX-100为样品直接稀释液,尿液以1%硝酸稀释,经优化条件后,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪自动进样测定。结果此方法的线性范围为0.00μg/L^5.00μg/L,全血样品的相关系数为0.9993,尿液样品的相关系数为0.9999,连续6 d测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)全血为4.52%~5.75%,尿液为3.16%~6.86%,加标回收率全血为97.1%~109.4%,尿液为98.6%~106.0%。结论本方法灵敏度高,重复性好,结果准确可靠,自动化程度高,操作简便,适合于批量测定从业人员体内铍的浓度。 Objective To establish a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for determination of beryllium in whole blood and urine. Methods The graphite tube is processed by plating zirconium oxychloride,then used lanthanum nitrate as a matrix chemical improver. used trittonX- 100 and nitric acid as the whole blood sample diluent,urine was diluted with 1%nitric acid. After optimizing the conditions,autosampler was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption. Results The linear range of this method was 0. 00 μg /L - 5. 00 μg /L. The correlation coefficients of whole blood sample and urine were 0. 9993 and 0. 9999,respectively. The whole blood and urine samples were measured 6 consecutive days,the relative standard deviation( RSD) were 4.52% -5. 75% and 3. 16% -6. 86%,respectively; and the spiked recoveries were 97. 1% -109. 4% and98. 6% - 106. 0%,respectively. Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate,reliable and high degree of automation,simple operation and suitable for monitoring concentration of beryllium on batch employees.
