摘要
带有大尺寸螺纹的零件,材料和加工成本都非常高,如果因螺纹缺陷导致零件报废,损失巨大。使用数控机床,先去除大部分多余材料,再利用零点寻找程序,准确找出螺纹的加工零点,最后通过螺纹加工程序对螺纹补焊部分进行修整,以保证螺纹形状和表面粗糙度,最终把螺纹修复到满足设计要求。
The material cost and machining cost of those parts with large size thread is very high. If the part can't be used because of the surface defect on the thread, it will be a great loss. We use the CNC machine, ifrst cut away most of the excess material, then found out the workpiece thread processing zero accurately by NC zero ifnding program, ifnally repair welding portion of thread is trimmed by thread machining program, to ensure that the thread form and surface roughness. The thread was repaired to meet the design requirement.
