远离端面的大尺寸锯齿形内螺纹,无法用传统成形刀加工。介绍利用数控系统的计算及循环功能,控制数控镗床分别在螺纹轴向和径向上分多刀加工,以减小切削抗力;并在编程过程中对刀具轨迹进行计算和修正。
For large internal buttress thread that is away from the end plane, it is unable to be machined by traditional form tools. Describes the method of using the NC boring machine to machine the large internal buttress thread. For decrease the resistance, in the machining process, the material is cut off in several layers and in every layer the material is cut off in several cycles. All the process is controlled by NC system using its function of calculates and cycle. And it also describes how to calculate and amend tool tracks in the process of programming.
