摘要
由于液压系统具有传动灵敏、承载能力高等特点,故在工程机械传动和控制领域得到了广泛应用,但现有的工程机械的液压系统受液压元件产品质量、系统设计非集成化等问题限制,导致工程机械作业效率低、能耗大。本文提出了一种新型工程机械液压系统集成阀的设计方案,能有效地提高工程机械主机产品的生产效率,降低能源消耗。
Hydraulic system,characterized by sensitive driving and high loading capacity,is widely used in the driving and controlling field of engineering machinery.The hydraulic components quality and non-integration design of the existing hydraulic system in engineering machine leads to low efficiency and high energy consumption in the operation of engineering machine.The paper presents a design of a new integrated valve in hydraulic system of engineering machine,which has effectively improved the production efficiency and reduced the energy consumption.
