摘要
在总结归纳流域水系可能发生的主要突发事件基础上,分析流域水系突发事件的成因并对其分类;讨论了突发事件的演化趋势分析方式及模型,研究不同类型突发事件的响应机理和调配流域水利工程的应急流程,初步构建流域水系突发事件应急调度决策体系,为探索流域水库(群)科学高效应急调度提供理论支撑。
The causes of the river basin emergency incidents are analyzed and classified based on the conclusion of all possible incidents. The methods and models of evolutionary trends analysis for emergency incidents are discussed. Besides, the various response mechanisms and the processes of deploying basin water conservancy facilities for different types of emergencies are studied. Finally, the emergency dispatch decision-making system of river basin emergencies is preliminary construeted. So, it provides theoretical support for studv of basin reservo rs emergency scheduling scientifically and effectively.
