Optimization Design of Two-Stage Desulfurization System for CFB Boilers

摘要 为提高循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉的脱硫效率,提出了CFB锅炉炉内脱硫+炉后烟气脱硫的两级脱硫系统配置方案。依托实际工程,分析影响脱硫效率的因素,得出CFB两级脱硫系统最佳的炉后脱硫配置方式及炉内、炉后最佳匹配关系。根据具体工程条件,提出合理的两级脱硫系统配置,CFB锅炉完全满足现行的国家环保标准,还可提高整体脱硫运行效益。 Two-stage desulfurzations system including furnace desulfurization and flue gas desulfurization at circulating fluidized bed boils was proposed in order to improve the desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler. Relying on the actual projects, the factors that affected the desulfuriztion efficiency were analyzed; the optical flue gas delsufudzation configuration and the best match relationship between furnace delsufurization and flue gas delsufurization were suggested for the two-stage delsufurization system of CFB boiler. According to the specific engineering conditions, the reasonable configuration of two-stage desulfurization system was carried out. The results indicate that the CFB boiler can not only fully meet the current national environmental standards, but also improve the whole desulfurization operation efficiency.
