循环流化床锅炉甩负荷试验控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 某电厂705t/h循环流化床锅炉进行甩负荷试验时,结合循环流化床机组热惯性大的特性,通过适当的燃煤量以及一二次风量的配合控制,试验过程中能够维持锅炉的正常燃烧,保持一定的床温,探讨对汽温、汽压等参数的控制,同时对甩负荷后,床温、炉膛差压、汽温、汽压等主要参数的变化进行了系统分析研究,保证了机组试验后迅速并网带负荷,大大降低了试验费用以及恢复时间,为同类型机组甩负荷及快速变负荷运行提供一定的借鉴。 The load-rejection test of a 705 t/h CFB(circulating fluidized bed) boiler is introduced in this paper.Considering the large thermal inertia of CFB boiler,the combustion and the bed temperature could been maintained in normal operation conditions by adjusting the coal feeding and the primary/secondary air flow.The parameter control methods of steam temperature and pressure are also discussed.During the period of load rejection,the parameters of bed temperature,differential pressure of furnace,the steam temperature and pressure are analyzed systematically,as a result that the unit could be synchronized and reloaded rapidly after load-rejection,and the test costs and recovery time distinctly decrease.The experiences can provide references for the load-rejection and quick load change of the same type unit.
