摘要
介绍了区域建筑能源规划融入城市区域详细规划的意义及形式,并指出在该模式下区域建筑能源规划在区域、地块、建筑3个层面的工作重点。着重介绍了地块间流网络的优化方法——线性规划和目标规划两阶段规划法。对各个地块能量转换技术的选择和区域能流网络的综合优化分析,为各个地块规划指标和规划方案的确定提供依据,是将区域建筑能源规划的主要成果纳入城市详细规划文件的基础性工作。
Presents the significance and form of community energy planning (CEP)integrated with detailed planning of urban area.Points out the working emphasis of CEP in three levels,i.e.community, land block and building,under the mode.Emphasizes the optimization method of exergy flow allocation network among land blocks,i.e.two-stage planning method consisting of linear programming and goal programming.Provides the quantitative basis for the planning control indexes and planning scheme of each land block after selecting energy transform technology and optimizing the energy flow network,which is fundamental for incorporating the results of community energy planning into detailed urban planning documents.
