摘要
设计一种用电液比例调速阀控制变量施液肥的液压控制试验台,在不同液压力下,通过调整电压控制电液比例调速阀,完成对施肥泵流量的控制。经试验结果表明:各施肥嘴施肥量均匀稳定,控制电压和液压力对施肥泵流量影响程度相近,且均为正相关性。这为液肥变量施用技术在农业生产实际中应用提供理论依据。
A hydraulic control test bench, which uses the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlling variable rate liquid fertilizer spraying, was designed. Under different hydraulic pressure, the fertilization pump flow was controlled by changing voltage to regulate the electro-hydraulic proportional valve. The results showed that: fertilizing amount of different nozzles was uniform and stable. The voltage and hydraulic pressure were positively associated with fertilization pump flow, and their influences on fertilization pump flow were similar. The research provides theoretical basis for the application of variable rate liquid fertilization in agricultural production.
