摘要
本文对长行程的双缸位置同步系统进行分析,采用电液比例方向阀对非对称缸进行控制,就等量方式控制和主从方式控制两种情况进行了分析,利用Matlab进行仿真,对两子系统的输出误差进行对比,结果表明采用同等方式控制要比主从方式控制的响应快,误差减小更快,更易在短时间内达到同步。
The position synchronization system of long stroke cylinder was analyzed in this paper, electro-hydraalie proportional directional control valve was used to control non-symmetric cylinder. The coordinative control and master-slave mode were analyzed, the tool of Matlab was used simulation those two cases, two subsystem output error was contrasted. The results showed that the coordinative control is quicker in response, the error decreases faster, easier to achieve synchronization in a short time than that of master-slave mode.
