摘要
通过对3份水稻品种在浓度梯度(W/V)为0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%的PEG6000溶液胁迫下的发芽势、发芽率、最大胚根长、胚芽长、胚芽鞘长、根冠比和物质转运速率等9个萌发性状指标进行分析研究,筛选出15%PEG浓度为水稻萌芽期抗旱性鉴定浓度,相关性分析发现水稻的抗旱性与发芽率、胚根长、胚芽长、根干重、物质转运速率存在显著相关性,可作为抗旱性鉴定指标,芽期抗旱性鉴定结果与大田产量的抗旱系数之间不存在显著相关性,说明苗期抗旱性不能代表水稻的综合抗旱水平。
Nine germ germination traits,germination force,germination values,root length,germ length,root dry weight,material transport rate of three rice varieties were stressed in the concentration gradient( w /v) of 0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% PEG solution were analyzed in this study,and the concentration of 15% PEG solution was selected for drought resistance screening of rice in germination stage. Germination values,root length,germ length,root dry weight and material transport rate had a significant correlation with drought resistance through correlation analysis,and could take as drought resistance assessment indexes. There was no significant correlation between the results of shoots drought resistance and yield drought coefficient in field condition,illustrating that shoots drought resistance could not represent the comprehensive drought resistance of rice.
