摘要
我国普通地方高校大多用普通教育和继续教育两条腿走路,但发展并不均衡,继续教育普遍处于弱势地位,不利于在学习型社会中发挥其独特的培养人才的优势。普通地方高校有必要正视继续教育在学校发展中的尴尬处境,正确协调处理继续教育与普通教育在学习型社会建设中的关系,实现普通教育与继续教育协同发展、优势互补。
In China, most local institutes of high education employ two kinds of education, general education and further education. But the development of these two kinds of education is not yet well balanced, while the further educations being in a weak position, which is not helpful to further education to show its advantages in talents cultivation in a learning society. Local institutes should face up to the embarrassed situation of their further education, and properly coordinate the relationship between further education and general education, to get their coordinated development and complementing each other＇s advantages.
