摘要
目的:分析神经内科常见用药不当情况并总结对策。方法:回顾性分析我院近3年来的神经内科用药不当患者资料,分析并总结不当原因与对策。结果:就合理用药监测系统而言,药物间相互作用、重复治疗比重最大;就医院性错误而言,药品管理不当发生率最高;措施落实后的用药不当率呈下降趋势。结论:神经内科常见用药不当多由人为因素所致,采取相应措施后可有效降低用药不当率,提高用药安全。
Objective：Analysis of neurology common drug use situation and summarizes the countermeasures. Methods：The neu-rology department of our hospital for 3 years were retrospectively analyzed in patients with drug use data,analyze and summarize the causes and countermeasures of improper. Results：In terms of monitoring system for the rational use of drugs,medicines and their in-teractions,repeated treatment biggest;In terms of hospital errors,error rate highest medicine management;The capa after drug use rate is on the decline. Conclusion：Neurology common use drug undeserved caused by man-made factors,adopt corresponding meas-ures can effectively reduce the rate of drug use,after improving medication safety.
