摘要
目的:探讨消化内科常见的护理风险及临床防范要点。方法:对近年来的工作进行回顾分析,总结出护理工作中常见护理风险,并采取相应护理措施。结果:实施护理干预后,常见护理风险发生率均有下降,与护理干预前相比存在显著差异。结论:对护理风险采取针对性的护理措施,可有效降低护理风险的发生率,促进患者早日康复。
Objective： To investigate the nursing risk and prevention of common clinical department of internal medicine.Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on the recent work,summarized the nursing work of common nursing risks,and take corresponding nursing measures.Results： The implementation of nursing intervention,the common nursing risk rate decreased,compared with the nursing intervention of significant differences.Conclusion： Taking pertinent nursing measures of nursing risks,which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk,and promote an early recovery of patients.
