摘要
目的通过对干部体检结果分析,全面了解济宁市干部的健康状况,为制定干部保健方案、维护和提高干部身心健康提供依据。方法对5844例干部进行临床各科体检、一般项目、肝肾功能、B超、胸片、心电图、生化全项等检查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果各项检查项目均正常者327例,占5.6%,一项检查结果异常者867例,占14.8%,两项结果异常者1952例,占33.4%,有三种或以上结果异常者2698例,占46.2%,中年组以脂肪肝、高脂血症、高胆固醇血症、高尿酸血症为常见病,而老年组以高血压病、血糖受损、糖尿病、冠心病为主。结论干部数病共存现象严重,代谢性疾病、脂肪肝和心血管疾病是中老年干部常见病。应根据不同体检结果制定不同保健方案,加强健康教育和体育锻炼,全面干预不良生活习惯和方式,全面提高身体素质。
Objective Through the analysis of physical examination results of Jining cadres,to get a good understanding of the physical conditions of cadres in Jining,to contribute to the medical designing of their health care plan,and to help them to maintain and to improve cadres＇ physical and mental health. Methods Physical examinations were done on 5844 cadres,including liver and kidney function examination,B ultrasonic examination,chest radiograph,electrocardiogram,blood examination and other general projects. And the results were analyzed statistically. Results There were 327 cases of normal inspection items,accounting for 5. 6%. 867 cases had one abnormal result,accounting for 14. 8%. 1952 cases had two abnormal results,accounting for 33. 4%. 2698 cases had three or more abnormal results,accounting for 46. 2%. The main diseases of middle- aged group were fatty liver,hyperlipoidemia,hypercholesterolemia and hyperuricemia. And the main diseases of the old group were high blood pressure,diabetes and coronary heart disease. Conclusion Coexistence of different diseases is a serious phenomenon among cadres,with metabolic disease,fatty liver and cardiovascular disease ranking the top of common diseases among the middle- aged and old aged groups. Different health care plans should be made according to different medical results,physical exercise be strengthened,health education be promoted,bad living habits be comprehensively intervened,and body quality be comprehensively improved.
