摘要
采用混合有机溶剂提取雨生红球藻中的虾青素,响应面法用来建立模型和优化提取条件,研究了单因素(提取溶剂、温度、料液比与时间)对虾青素提取率的影响。再通过响应面试验,研究了料液比、温度和时间对虾青素提取率的影响,且检测了相互作用关系。利用统计分析和优化,结果显示,对虾青素作用的相对大小依次为:温度、料液比和时间。通过计算回归方程优化得出料液比、提取温度和提取时间最佳萃取条件分别为1︰150(g/mL),50℃和40 min。在此条件下,虾青素提取率为36.21%。
The mixed organic solvent was applied to extract the astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis. Response surface methodology(RSM) was used for modeling and optimizing the process, and to gain a better understanding of the process performance. The condition was selected based on relevant parameters for the astaxanthin, such as organic solvent, radio of solution to material, temperature and time. Through RSM, the effects of radio of solution to material, temperature and time on the extraction efficiency were calculated and the interactions were determined. After statistical analysis and process optimization, the results showed that the effect of the extraction condition was temperatureradio of solution to materialtime, and the optimum condition was that radio of material to solution 1︰150(g/mL), temperature 50 ℃ and time 40 min, the assignment of astaxanthin was 36.21%.
