摘要
本文以某超精密磨床电主轴为研究对象,通过建立弹簧阻尼单元来模拟静压轴承,分析讨论了不同的弹簧阻尼单元的刚度值和结构设计参数对其固有频率的影响规律。然后取弹簧阻尼单元的刚度值为500 N/μm,讨论不同的结构阻尼比对电主轴装置幅频特性的影响规律,为结构的优化和磨削参数的确定提供了参考依据。
Based on the object of motorized spindle of the ultra-precision grinder and the creation of springdamper element to simulate the hydrostatic bearing,the influence of the stiffness values of different spring-damper elements and structural design parameters on its natural frequency was discussed.By assuming the stiffness values of the spring-damper element as 500 N /μm,the influence of the structure damping ratio on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the motorized spindle was also discussed,providing a reference for the structure optimization and the determination of the grinding parameters.
