摘要
构建科学完善的医院管理核心制度,对推进现代医院管理与廉洁风险防控,具有极其重要的意义。以上海市35家三级甲等医院为研究对象,针对医院管理风险关键环节和风险点,研究基于风险防控的现代医院管理核心制度框架。经认同度指标检验,筛选出涉及医院职务权力、执业权力、患者满意度、供应商诚信度,且具有管理与廉洁风险的核心制度66项。按照核心制度重要度均值分布情况,对医院管理风险控制进行等级划定,有23项核心制度被列为高风险。
Establishing a scientific and perfect core system of hospital management has the extremely vital significance for the development of modern hospital management and probity risk prevention and control. Taking 35 top tertiary hospitals in shanghai as the objects of study, in view of the key risk link and factors in hospital management, the framework of modern hospital management system based on risk prevention were discussed. According to the test results of identification index, screening out 66 core system involving the hospital authority, practicing power, patient satisfaction, supplier credit. According to the mean distribution of core system, the grade of hospital management risk control was defined and 23 core systems were defined as high risk.
