摘要
选取上海市两家三级甲等医院,通过高值耗材采购使用基线调查,厘清常用高值医用耗材采购与使用的种类、品规、使用量、价格等现状;区别职务、执业权力的不同特点和运行流程;按照重要权力和权力行使流程,制定高值医用耗材采购与使用规范管理流程,设定医院高值医用耗材采购与使用过程权限。建立了基于"制度加科技"的规范管理、风险防控、公开透明、精细科学的医院内部管理系统平台。
By investigating the process of purchase and use in 2 of Shanghai top tertiary hospitals, the current situation of the category, standard, usage amount, price of high cost medical consumables are learned. By setting permissions for purchasing and using, we have established the management system and procedure of the high cost medical consumables by distinguishing the different management features such as duty and power, management operating process. Based on "regulation plus technology", a management system platform for high cost medical consumables with standardization, risk prevention, open, science and fining has been established.
