摘要
本文依据国家对医院医用耗材管理的新要求,结合当前工作实际,分析了军队医院医用耗材信息化管理的现状和存在的问题,以及改进完善军队医院医用耗材信息化管理手段的必要性。在针对性解决统一管控、二级库房管理、异常信息反馈等方面问题的同时,从完善管理机制和配套制度、建立供应商管理平台、创新数据分析应用手段、解决全面覆盖和对接4个方面探讨了优化信息化管理缓解当前工作矛盾、解决工作实际需求的几点对策。
The paper analyzed the actuality and problems of medical consumables information management in military hospital, according to national new requirements to medical consumable management and current work practice. And then the paper analyzed the necessity for optimizing the means of medical consumables information management in military hospital. In this paper, the problems had encountered in unified management and control, subordinate warehouse management, abnormal information feedback and so on were solved accordingly. Meanwhile, some countermeasures of how to relieve the current work conflicts and solve the actual demands from work were discussed from four aspects, which were optimizing the management mechanism and supporting system, building the management platform of suppliers, innovating the application means of data analysis as well as realizing comprehensive coverage and docking respectively.
