摘要
为建立一种快速检鸭坦布苏病毒检测方法,应用胶体金免疫层析技术,研制了一种鸭坦布苏病毒免疫胶体金快速检测试剂条。将羊抗兔IgG、兔抗鸭坦布苏病毒多克隆抗体和金标抗体三者经过反复调试优化,以适宜浓度和包被量分别包被到硝酸纤维素(NC)膜和胶体金结合垫上,包被后的硝酸纤维素(NC)膜、样品垫、胶体金结合垫、吸水垫及其他辅料组装成试剂条。结果表明,该试纸条与禽流感和新城疫无交叉反应。本试验研制的免疫层析试纸条试纸条方法简单,操作简便,进一步研究可以用于临床诊断。
A rapid method for detection of duck Tembusu virus disease was developed.The method represents a immunochromatographic assay.The contact between the sample and the test strip with immobilized immunoreagents initiates the fluid movement along the membrane components of the test strip,immunochemical reactions,and the formation of colored bands.The test indicated that no cross-reactivity with AIV and ND.The prepared colloid gold immuno-chromatography test strips are simple,rapid for clinical application after further study.
