摘要
随着免疫学与分子生物学技术日臻完善,针对猪伪狂犬病的血清学方法和分子生物学检测方法不断改进。论文就近年来针对猪伪狂犬病病毒的中和试验、酶联免疫吸附试验、乳胶凝集试验、胶体金免疫层析、核酸探针、基因芯片、多重PCR、LAMP等检测方法研究概况做一综述,为寻找合适的快速准确的检测方法、制定合理的免疫程序和发展新型的检测方法提供参考。
With development of the immunology and molecular biology technology, conventional serologic methods and molecular biological detection methods are constantly emerging for pseudorabies. In this pa per,a review for the swine pseudorabies tests by neutralization test, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, latex agglutination test, colloidal gold immunochromatography, nucleic acid probes, gene chip, multiple PCR, LAMP and other detection methods in recent years were summarized. The aim is to find a suitable, rapid and accurate diagnostic method and provide references for making rational immune programmea and developing new diagnostic methods.
