犬源伪狂犬病毒BJ-YT株的分离鉴定及人工感染犬引起的病理学变化 被引量:1

摘要 为研究伪狂犬病毒(PRV)对犬的病理损伤,本研究将从自然感染PRV的病犬脑干中分离出一株犬源PRV,命名为BJ-YT分离株。将其经皮下人工感染成年比格犬,观察实验动物的临床症状和病理学变化,并检测病毒抗原在各组织中的分布。结果显示,实验组犬出现了与自然感染病例类似的以骚痒为主要特征的临床症状;主要的病理变化为多脏器广泛的充血和出血,心脏二尖瓣的血栓以及脾的不完全收缩。组织学病变包括脑干的非化脓性脑炎,心、肺、胸腺、淋巴结的出血,胸腺和淋巴结淋巴细胞的排空以及急性肾炎。免疫组化方法结果显示,仅在感染犬的脑干中检测到病毒抗原。本研究为临床诊断犬伪狂犬病及PRV致病机制研究奠定基础。 To study the pathological changes of canine pseudorabies virus (PRV) in dogs,adult beagle dogs were experimentally infected with the PRV isolate BJ-YT isolated from the brainstem of a natural PRV infected dog.The infected dogs showed typical clinical signs characterized with pruritis.Major macroscopical lesions were diffuse hemorrhage and congestion in many organs,thrombi in mitral valves and incomplete contraction of spleen.Microscopically,nonsuppurative encephalitis of central nervous system was observed in the brainstem.Other histological findings included hemorrhage in heart,lung,thymus and lymph nodes,lymphoid depletion in thymus and lymph node and acute nephritis.Viral antigens were only detected in the brainstem of infected dogs with immunohistochemistry.
