24例颅内占位继发性癫痫患者脑电图分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨颅内占位性病变引起的继发性癫痫的脑电图表现。方法:对24例颅内占位继发性癫痫患者的脑电图及头颅影像学资料进行分析。结果:24例患者中脑电图有痫样放电的19例,非特异性异常的3例,脑电图正常的2例。24例患者中影像学检查拟诊为脑胶质瘤的15例,脑膜瘤3例,转移瘤2例,海绵状血管瘤2例,动静脉畸形1例,胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤1例。结论:脑电图检查和影像学检查相结合可提高患者致痫灶定位的准确性。
