摘要 目的:探讨影像学检查与脑电图检查在颅内肿瘤所致继发癫癎诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经临床诊断明确的颅内肿瘤所致继发癫癎28例患者,探讨其影像学及脑电图的特点,并分析其间的相关性。结果:28例患者中影像学结果提示脑胶质瘤20例,以星型胶质细胞瘤为主;脑膜瘤2例;转移瘤2例;海绵状血管瘤3例;胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤1例。上述病例均经手术或穿刺细胞学取得病理结果证实。脑电图上有癎样放电者24例,非特异性异常2例,脑电图正常2例。结论:影像学检查和脑电图检查相结合可提高癫癎患者致癎灶定位的准确性。 Objective.. To explore the diagnostic value of imaging tests and EEG in continous epilepsY, causing by Intracranial tumors. Methods.. 28 patients with continous epilepsy caused by Intracranial turmors with clinical diagnosis were recruited. The medical imaging and EEG features were respectively analyzed. Results:Imaging results showed that there were 20 cases of brain glioma in all 28 patients, mainly in star-shaped glioblastoma, 2 cases of meningiomas, 2 cases of metastases, 3 cases of cavernous hemangioma and 1 case of the neuroepithelial dysembryoplastic tumor. The cases were confirmed by surgery or needle aspiration to obtain the pathological findings. EEG prompted epileptiform discharge in 24 cases, non-specific abnormaly in 2 cases, normal EEG in cases. Conclusion.. Localization of epileptogenic foci in patients by combined imaging test and EEG can be increased.
