摘要
在海洋钢结构测量中,经常需要精确测量计算圆柱的轴线位置状态。但圆柱的拟合对初值要求很高,只有初值接近真实值才能准确拟合圆柱。鉴于此,文中提出了一种新方法,无需测量大量圆柱表面点数据,只要测量圆柱表面几点三维坐标,利用投影法判断圆度就可以找到比较准确的初值。这样圆柱的拟合成功率就得到大大的提高。
The cylinder centerline position will usually be calculated when surveying offshore steel structure, but the precision of initial value is very important for cylinder fitting, cylinder fitting can be successful only when initial value is close to true value. A new method is introduced in this paper, which only need to survey a few points on cylinder, with the roundness estimate method based on projection, the initial value can be calculated precisely,so the successful rate of fitting cylinder increase greatly.
