摘要
根据工件的几何特征及其参数进行测量轨迹规划是在机检测系统中重要的环节之一.为了从STL(stereo lithographic)文件中提取出其所描述的工件模型的几何特征及参数,给出了一种针对其数据文件格式特点的自然二次曲面特征参数提取新方法.该方法首先根据三角面片法向量在高斯球面的映射图像判定自然二次曲面几何特征,然后将快速聚类法和Gauss-Newton法相结合,对STL文件中坐标点进行几何特征参数的计算.计算实例表明,该算法能够稳定、准确地提取出自然二次曲面的几何特征参数.
The trajectory planning of measurement according to the geometric features and their parameters of work pieces is one of the important steps in OMV (on-machine verification) system. In order to extract the geometric features and their parameters of work models described in STL (stereo lithographic)files, a new method for characteristic parameter extraction, which is suitable for the STL format,has been put forward. In this method,the geometric features of natural quadric surface were first identified according to the mapping images of the triangular faces' normal vectors on the Gauss sphere. Then the characteristic parameters of the coordinate points in STL files were calculated with fast clustering algorithm and Ganss- Newton method. The calculation results indicate that the geometric characteristic parameters of natural quedric surface can be extracted accurately with the algorithm proposed in this paper.
