摘要
"大跃进"时期,广东省大力开展"劳卫制",先后经历了全面推行、深入发展、形成高潮、转入低谷四个阶段,取得了较为明显的成效,同时也存在着一些问题。要坚持历史唯物主义对"大跃进"时期广东省的"劳卫制"进行全面客观的评价,认真总结经验教训,为新时期各项社会事业的改革和发展提供借鉴。
During the GLF period,Guangdong province implemented ＂the system of labour and defence＂ （SLD）, which experienced four stages ：the stage of full implementation, the stage of in-depth development, the climax stage and the declining stage. The practice had gained obvious achievements,meanwhile some problems also existed. With firm belief in historical materialism,we should make a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the SLD in Guangdong Province during the GLF period,conscientiously sum up experiences and lessons,thus provide reference for the reform and development of social causes.
