摘要
对QBZ-120(2×80)矿用隔爆型风电闭锁开关的11个操作维护故障实例进行了分析,说明了该型号组合开关装配、现场养护、启停应注意的7个关键问题,提出了保持风电闭锁开关良好工作的相关方法。指出了对该组合开关相同故障现象区分不同故障原因和故障点查找的相关技术措施,提供了一些现场维护、维修QBZ-120(2×80)矿用隔爆型风电闭锁开关的经验。
Explains the electroplating production of fault arise from incorrect methods of the operation and the operating in QBZ-120（2×80） combination switch by 11 experience examples,and analysis the causes as well.Moreover,to avoid accident occurred like those examples,it sums 7 methods of the operation and the operating in coal mine production,and the other technical measures in operation and the operating which have influence on the QBZ-120（2×80） combination switch also.
