摘要
血管性认知功能障碍是各种脑血管性疾病引起的认知障碍综合症,而皮层下缺血性痴呆是其主要亚型,灌注成像对认知功能障碍的早期诊断、与AD的鉴别诊断及病情检测具有重要意义,本文就近年来灌注成像在血管性认知功能障碍的研究进行综述。
Vascular cognitive impairment is a major cerebrovascular syndrome, ranging from mild cognitive impairment to dementia. It is associated with a variety of cerebrovascular diseases. Subcortical ischemic vascular dementia is an impor- tant subtype of them caused by the cerebral vessels factors. Perfusion neuroimaging is of importance in early diagnosis of cognitive deficit, differential diagnosis with AD, disease detection or evaluation. Some recent perfusion neuroimaging stud- ies in vascular cognitive impairment were reviewed and discussed here.
