摘要
以华南理工大学计算机基础实验室为研究对象,在现有的校级实验人员量化考核方案基础上,对团队内部的工作内容和量化标准进行全盘解析,设计一套适用于计算机实验室管理工作的量化考核方案,为进一步绩效考核信息化改造提供理论基础。
Takes the computer laboratory of SCUT as a research object, on the basis of the existing school quantitative assessment scheme of labora-tory personnel. Resolves the whole team's work content and quantitative criteria. Designs a quantitative assessment scheme applicable to the computer lab management, provides a theoretical basis for the further information transformation of performance evaluation.
