摘要
采用Bridgman定向凝固系统,对Ti-46Al-2Cr-2Nb合金进行了不同生长速度条件下的定向凝固实验,分析了生长速度对领先相转变的影响,以及领先相转变对多元合金微观组织特征尺度的影响。结果表明:多元合金材料的领先相伴随生长速度的增加由β相转变为α相,其对一次枝晶间距和片层间距的影响较小,而对二次枝晶间距的影响较大。
The directional solidification experimental of Ti-46Al-2Cr-2Nb alloy under different growth rate was conducted using Bridgman directional solidification system, the influence of growth rate on the leading phase transition and the effect of the leading phase transition on microstructure characteristic scale of the multi-alloy were analyzed. The results show that the leading phase of the multi-alloy changes from β to α with the growth rate increasing, and it's effect on primary dendrite spacing and lamellar spacing is smaller, while the impact on the Secondary dendrite arm spacing is greater.
