摘要 对传统冷却斜板铸造法进行了改进,在冷却通道上设置振动源对Sn-15wt%Pb熔体施加机械振动,并以表观晶粒形态和尺度来描述凝固组织特征,研究工艺参数对凝固组织的影响。结果显示:对冷却通道施加振动可以改变表观晶粒形态和特征尺度;较高的振动加速度有助于表观晶粒细化;较高的冷却速率有助于减小表观晶粒特征尺度,但其形态圆整度降低。 A modification for the cooling slope casting technique is presented by adding vibration source to the chilling path to impose mechanical vibration on the Sn-15% Pb molten metal, and the effects of the processing parameter on the solidified microstructure, whose character was described with apparent grain morphology and scale, were studied. The results show that: vibration imposed on the chilling path can change the apparent grain morphology and characteristic scale; higher vibration acceleration leads to finer apparent grain; and higher cooling rate decreases the characteristic scale but in the same time reduces the spheroidicity of the apparent grain morphology.
