胸腔镜辅助肺段切除术在早期肺癌治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 肺叶切除术是治疗肺癌的首选方法,但是开胸手术创伤大,术后明显影响肺功能,严重影响患者的生活质量,尤其是肺功能较差的老年肺癌患者的康复。胸腔镜下肺段切除术是近年开展的微创技术。我们2009年1月-2013年6月对20例肺癌患者实施了胸腔镜辅助下肺切除手术,取得良好效果。
