全胸腔镜肺叶切除术后放置粗、细胸腔闭式引流管的比较 被引量:19

摘要 随着全胸腔镜肺叶切除术的推广普及[1],加上切口保护套的应用,由牵开器引起的开胸术后疼痛综合征(post-thoracotomy pain syndrome,PTPS)发生率明显减低,而胸腔闭式引流管引起的问题越来越受到重视[2]。我们对169例肺癌患者进行了前瞻随机对照研究,探讨全胸腔镜肺叶切除术后留置较细胸管可行性和安全性。
