肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在肝癌中的研究进展 被引量:7

The process of tumor-associated macrophages in hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 近年来肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)与肿瘤的关系成为研究热点,尤其是肝癌等实体肿瘤。肿瘤微环境中的TAMs释放多种细胞因子和趋化因子介导免疫反应,通过参与上皮细胞间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymaltransitions,EMT),血管生成等过程促进肝癌的侵袭和转移。本文将从TAMs的募集和分化、与肿瘤微环境的关系、促进转移的机制、与肝癌之间的通路以及靶向TAMs治疗肝癌的新方法等方面对TAMs在肝癌中的研究进展进行综述。 The relationships between the tumor-associated macrophage and tumor become a research hotspot in re-cent years, especially hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors. TAMs release multiple cytokines and chemokines mediated immune responses in the tumor microenvironment, they promote the local invasion and distant metastasis by par-ticipating in the epithelial mesenchymal transitions and angiogenesis. This article will discuss TAMs in following aspects:re-cruiment and differentiation,the roles in tumor microenvironment, mechanisms to promote invasion and and metastasis,the pathways linked to HCC and the new treatments targeted TAMs.
