摘要
心理学家威廉·格拉瑟创立的选择理论认为,所有的学习行为都是为了满足个体的心理需求,课堂未能满足学生的心理需求是其厌学的根本原因。改善厌学的根本之路是以满足学生的心理需求为旨归,实施学习团队模式,转变教师角色。这些观点对于我国课堂教学的重构与优化具有重要的启迪意义。
According to the Choice Theory by William Glasser,a distinguished psychologist,all learning behaviors must satisfy individuals' psychological needs,and a classroom's failure to satisfy students' psychological needs is the fundamental cause of their resistence to schooling; the basic approach to reducing or eliminating students' resistence to schooling is to aim at satisfying their psychological needs,build a learning-team model,and change the roles of the teachers. These ideas provide important enlightenment for the restructuring and optimization of classroom teaching in China.
