摘要 肺动脉血栓栓塞，简称肺血栓栓塞（pulmonary thromboembolish，PTE），发病急速，症状不典型，常引起猝死，婴儿和儿童的肺血栓栓塞发病率非常低。本文死者为遗弃男婴，经法医学尸体检验为肺动脉栓塞，报道如下。
