摘要
目的：探讨白芍总甙对口腔扁平苔藓患者T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将90例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。对照组局部给予曲安奈德注射，每周1次，共4次。观察组在对照组的基础上加用白芍总甙，每次0.6 g，3次/d，连续服用3个月。在治疗前、治疗1个月和3个月时分别测定两组患者血清CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋和CD4＋/CD8＋水平。结果对照组治疗3个月后总有效率为80%，观察组总有效率为93.3%，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。两组治疗前血清CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋和CD4＋/CD8＋水平差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。治疗1个月后，两组 CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋和 CD4＋/CD8＋与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）。治疗3个月后对照组CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋和CD4＋/CD8＋水平与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05），观察组与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论白芍总甙可以更明显改善口腔扁平苔藓患者的免疫功能，从而改善病情。
Objective To study the effect of total glucosides of paeonia（ TGP）on T cell immune function in patients with oral lichen planus. Methods Ninety patients with oral lichen planus were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group,with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given local injection of triamcinolone acetonide,once every week for 4 weeks. While the patients in the observation group were given TGP,0. 6 g every time,3 times/day,for 3 months,on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The serum levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ in the two groups were detected before treatment,at 1 month and 3 months after treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the control group was 80%,and 93. 3% in the observation group,there was significant difference（P﹤0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the serum levels of CD3＋,CD4 ＋,CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ between the two groups before treatment（ P﹥0. 05 ）. After 1 month of treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum levels of CD3 ＋,CD4 ＋,CD8 ＋ and CD4 ＋/CD8＋ of the two groups,compared with those before treatment（ P ﹥0. 05 ）. After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the serum levels of CD3 ＋, CD4＋,CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ in the control group,compared with those before treatment（P﹥0. 05）,but there were significant differences in the serum levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ in the observation group,compared with those before treatment（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusions TGP can significantly improve the T cell immune function in patients with oral lichen planus,so as to improve the condition.
