摘要
目的探讨Bcl-2及P53在口腔扁平苔藓癌变过程中所起的作用，为治疗口腔扁平苔藓以及预防鳞状细胞癌的发生提供新的途径。方法采用免疫组化方法分别检测Bcl-2及P53在45例口腔扁平苔藓、46例口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达，同时取15例正常口腔黏膜作为对照。结果Bcl-2在正常口腔黏膜组中的表达明显低于在口腔扁平苔藓组及口腔鳞状细胞癌组的表达，P53在正常口腔黏膜组中无表达，在口腔鳞状细胞癌组中的阳性表达率明显高于正常口腔黏膜组及口腔扁平苔藓组。结论Bcl-2及P53在口腔扁平苔藓和口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展过程中均起重要作用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Bcl-2 and P53 in the transformation of oral lichen planus（OLP） , and also provides a new way to treat OLP and prevent squamous cell carcinoma. Methods To respectively detect the expression of Bcl-2 and P53 in 45 cases of OLP and 46 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） by immunohistochemistry method. And selected 15 cases of normal oral mucosa as control group. Results The expression of Bcl-2 in normal oral mucosa group was obviously lower than that in OLP group and that in OSCC group. No expression of P53 was detected in normal oral mucosa group. The expression of P53 in OSCC group was obviously higher than that in normal oral mucosa group and OLP group. Conclusions Bcl-2 and P53 both play an important role in the development of OLP and OSCC.
