摘要
目的了解医院医疗保健工作人员工作满意度及其与职业紧张之间的关系。方法以从事医疗保健工作的147名人员为调查对象,采用明尼苏达满意度问卷(MSQ)测量工作满意度,工作内容问卷(JCQ)和付出-回报失衡问卷(ERI)测量职业紧张,多元回归分析探讨工作满意度与职业紧张之间的关系。结果医疗保健工作人员工作满意度的平均得分为(60.97±11.84)分,不同特征的医疗保健工作人员的工作满意度得分比较,其中不同婚姻状况、职称、职务、有无夜班、每周工作时间、待遇、医患关系(矛盾)、有、无慢性病之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗保健工作人员工作满意度较低,应降低医疗保健工作人员的职业紧张,提高工作满意度,改善医疗保健服务质量。
Objective To understand the relationship between job satisfaction and occupation stress.Methods One hundred and forty seven cadre healthcare workers in the affiliated second hospital of medicine xi'an Jiaotong university were enrolled. Job satisfaction was measured with minnesota Sati- sfaction questionnaire( MSQ),occupation stress was measured with Job content questionnaire( JCQ) and Effort Reward Imbalance Questionnaire( ERI). Multiple regression analysis were performed to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and occupation stress. Results The average score of job satisfaction was 60. 97 ± 11. 84. The score of job satisfaction among the different characteristic staffers were significant difference,including different marriage stage,professional title,duty,night shift,work time of each week,salary,doctor- patient relationship and chornic disease respectively( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The level of job satisfaction among cadre healthcare workers is low,it is necessary to take measures to decrease occupational stress and improve the job satisfaction and cadre healthcare service quality.
